• Bookkeeper / Office Manager
  Cape Cod Broadcasting is seeking a full‑time Bookkeeper with good, basic bookkeeping and supervisory skills.  The candidate will report directly to the CFO, oversee our weekly billing, manage all phases of our accounts receivable, supervise two part-time staff members, manage the day to day administrative operations of the business, and oversee special projects as they arise.  In our fast paced and demanding work environment, the candidate must communicate effectively, be a fast learner, ambitious, reliable and able to work with limited supervision.  To be successful, you should have strong computer skills, be attentive to detail, possess good organizational skills, be able to multi-task, effectively follow‑up, and be conscious of budgets.  Good working knowledge of email, searching the internet, using MS Word, and preparing Excel spreadsheets is mandatory.  Working knowledge of database management and LOTUS 123 is a plus!
